Homeowners Fees - 2012 homeowners fees are due Jan 31, 2012.

Your 2012 homeowners levy fee notice will be mailed out shortly, with an insert advising members to check out the newsletter on line.  Levy fees are due by January 31, 2012, and any homeowner who does not remit their payment by this date, will lose their $25/month discount for each month they remain in arrears.
