Neglected Properties.

It has been brought to the Boards attention that some homeowners are allowing their properties to fall in a state of disrepair by not maintaining the outer appearance of their homes, yards, or fences (cedar & wrought iron), etc.

This detracts from the community as a whole and has the potential to cause disagreements amongst neighbours. Please assist WCHA by doing your part as a responsible homeowner to maintain your property to the standard this community deserves.
